My Story & Mission
As a Headteacher and experienced senior leader, I have worked across various educational settings, from classroom teaching to leadership, consultancy, and advisory roles. My journey in education has been shaped by a commitment to raising standards, driving innovation, and empowering both students and staff to reach their full potential.

As a parent, I understand the concerns and questions that come with navigating the education system. We all want the best for our children, but at times, getting clear answers and the right support can feel overwhelming. I know what it’s like to want clarity, reassurance, and the confidence that decisions made in schools are in our children’s best interests. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other parents find the information, guidance, and support they need to feel empowered in their child’s education.

My passion for education began early, inspired by the profound impact that learning can have on individuals and communities. This led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Education, followed by a Master’s degree, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to make meaningful change in the sector.

Over the years, I have worked with schools, local authorities, consortia, and government bodies, leading initiatives in curriculum development, teacher training, and mentoring. I have also had the opportunity to share insights with educators and institutions, helping to enhance teaching practices and improve outcomes for students.

A key part of my work has been bridging the gap between schools and parents, ensuring that families feel supported and informed. I believe that when parents understand the educational processes, additional learning needs (ALN) support, and school systems, they can play a more active role in their child’s education. Through guidance, advocacy, and direct support, I have helped parents navigate complex educational frameworks, ensuring they can confidently work in partnership with schools to secure the best outcomes for their children.

At the heart of my work are integrity, transparency, fairness, passion, dedication, and empathy. I believe that every child has the potential to succeed, and as educators, it is our role to create the right opportunities for them to thrive. I set high expectations for myself and those I work with, always striving to deliver the best possible education for the students in our care.
