How consultations work

Most consultations are delivered remotely through Zoom, giving you convenient access to professional support wherever you are located. You can contact me via email or WhatsApp to provide information and ask questions before the consultation. You will also be sent a short form before the appointment to provide me with as much information as you think I'll need.

After booking, you will receive confirmation of your appointment and details explaining how to join the meeting. Depending on the service selected, you may also be invited to provide relevant information or documents beforehand. This allows the consultation to remain focused on your priorities.

During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to:

• explain your circumstances and concerns;

• ask questions in a confidential and supportive environment;

• examine relevant information, reports or educational documents;

• explore the options and practical next steps available to you; and

• develop a clearer plan for moving forward.

Where included in the selected service, you may also receive written recommendations, resources, an assessment report or agreed follow-up support. The description of each service explains exactly what is included.
