Our commitment

JLW Education Consultancy is committed to making its website and services accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including disabled people and people with different communication, sensory, cognitive or learning needs.

We want visitors to be able to:

use appropriate colour contrast;

We recognise that accessibility extends beyond the website.

Reasonable adjustments may include:

providing documents in an alternative digital format;

allowing additional processing time;

adapting the format or pace of a consultation;

enabling captions or other available Zoom accessibility features;

communicating by email instead of telephone;

involving an authorised supporter or advocate;

offering remote delivery; and

considering an appropriate alternative arrangement where face-to-face access presents a barrier.

Adjustments depend on individual needs, practicality and the nature of the service. We will not charge a disabled client for a reasonable adjustment.

Current limitations

Some parts of the website or content supplied by third-party services may not yet meet every recognised accessibility standard. Possible limitations may include:

older images without complete alternative text;

embedded booking or payment tools;

third-party video or document content;

colour or text combinations inherited from website templates; and

documents supplied to us by other organisations.

We are working to identify and improve avoidable barriers.

Third-party services

Our website may connect to platforms such as Wix, PayPal, Google and Zoom. Although we aim to select accessible services, we do not control every aspect of those platforms.

If a third-party feature prevents you from accessing a service, please contact us so we can consider an alternative.
