Questions from professional advisers

Clear scope. Direct advice. Agreed communication.

Can an adviser enquire before introducing the family?
Yes. Discuss a general requirement and timeframe without identifying the family. A confidentiality agreement is available before detailed information is shared.

How are privacy and communication agreed?
Before work begins, agree who commissions the service, parental authority, named contacts and report recipients. Family details and client names are not used publicly without permission.

How are recommendations made?
Advice considers the child’s learning profile, pastoral needs and family priorities, including language, culture, location and boarding preferences. Any relevant commercial relationships are clarified before the engagement begins.

Can family offices outside the UK enquire?
Yes. UK school advice and remote educational services can support families overseas. Suitability, language, time zones and delivery arrangements are agreed before booking.

What does the family purchase?
A defined service with agreed deliverables and a GBP fee. School selection covers research, strategy and preparation; full application management is not included. Schools decide admissions. Assessments provide educational guidance, not a clinical diagnosis.

How do we start?
Send a short adviser enquiry or request a free 15-minute call. Share the general requirement, country and timeframe. Detailed records can follow through an agreed process.
